  • What can I expect in my first personal training session?

    Your first session includes a fitness assessment, goal setting, and an introduction to exercises tailored to your needs.

  • What happens if I need to cancel a session?

    I require a 24-hour cancellation notice to reschedule without a fee. Late cancellations may result in a full session charge.

  • How often should I train each week?

    For strength and muscle building goals, training 3-4 times per week is ideal, with proper recovery between sessions.

  • What should I bring to my training session?

    Comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude!

  • Where are we training?

    Training can be done in my home gym with my top of the line equipment! I can also train you at your home as well- if you have a good gym set up and equipment.

  • How soon will I see results?

    This varies, but with consistent training (3-4x per week) and good nutrition, most clients notice changes in 4-6 weeks

  • Can I train with a friend or partner?

    Yes! I offer small group or partner training if you’d like to train with a friend for motivation.

  • How long is each session?

    1 on 1 sessions are 50 minutes long, including warm-up, workout, and cool- down/stretching.
